Fees

We are a private paying practice. Fees are for a standard 50-minute session. There is an additional afterhours surcharge. Please get in touch for further information on fees.

Mental Health Care Plan

For Clients with a mental health care plan referral from their General Practitioner (GP) there is a Medicare Rebate per session. The rebate is available for up to 10 sessions per calander year. If you have already reached the Medicare safety net the rebate will be higher. We do not process the rebate for you, it is a Clients responsibility to lodge a claim with Medicare online or in person.

Private Health Funds

All private Health funds are accepted. Many funds provide a rebate for Psychology once you have completed 10 sessions under a MHCP. Check with your Health fund provider to see you are eligible. You cannot use a Medicare rebate and a private health fund rebate on the same session. We do not process the Private Health fund rebate for you, it is the Clients responsibility to lodge a claim with their individual fund.

Bulk Billing

We are not a Bulk billing service.

Cancellation Policy

From time to time for whatever reason, Clients may not be able to attend their agreed upon appointment. To reschedule or cancel your appointment please contact the Practice 48hrs prior to your appointment time, this will enable us to reallocate that time, and reschedule another appointment for you.

Please note: Clients who do not give appropriate prior notice will incur a cancellation fee, being the full cost of your appointment, this is not covered by Medicare.

Repeated cancellations will result in a cessation of ongoing services.
